Software features
- It is the first configurable radio-controlled helicopters simulator for Macintosh Mac OS X.
- It simulates the behavior and the control of real radio-controlled helicopters.
- You can pilot the RC helicopters with the keyboard, a digital gamepad, a dual analog gamepad, a fake radio-transmitter or even a real radio-transmitter. (In this case, using tom's USBg controllers and interface cables)
- The simulator is fully configurable (sceneries, helicopters, controls, gyroscope, pilot, weather, display, ...).
- A free and growing library of new sceneries and helicopters is available on the Alpha Mac website.
- You can modify or build your own sceneries and helicopters.

Installation. Available only for OSX (PPC or Intel):
- Download the latest version here. This is usually a zip archive.
- From the same download page, also download and run the Joystick And Gamepad Tester utility to make sure the system recognizes the device.
- Double click the zip archive to extract the files. All files should be in a folder called: RC Helicopter Simulator
- To Start the program, navigate to the RC Helicopter Simulator folder and double click on RC Helicopter Simulator.
